Jorge Chavez recently led the Sales Leadership Workshop workshop for C12 Forums Principal Chairs in San Antonio. This hands-on, one-and-a-half-day workshop focused on helping leaders coach, motivate, and develop stronger Associate Chair teams with more structure, confidence, and purpose.

Sales Leadership Essentials for C12 Forums Principal Chairs

The workshop was designed to give C12 Forums Principal Chairs practical sales leadership tools they could apply right away. Rather than focusing only on sales activity, Jorge helped the group think through how leaders can coach with greater intention, create clearer direction, and support Associate Chairs as they grow their teams.

The session gave participants space to look at how they currently lead, where their teams need stronger support, and how better sales leadership can create more consistent progress.

Practical Sales Leadership Tools Covered in the Workshop

The workshop covered practical sales leadership tools such as goal setting, sales planning, pre-call preparation, recurring one-on-one debriefs, motivation, accountability, pipeline focus, and recruiting with greater discipline and intention.

Participants were challenged to think beyond activity for activity’s sake. The focus was on helping leaders ask better questions, coach more effectively, and guide their teams with a stronger plan instead of relying on guesswork.

One of the main themes of the workshop was the importance of coaching with intention. Strong sales leadership is not just about giving direction. It is about helping people prepare better, think more clearly, and improve the way they approach important conversations.

Through breakout sessions and real-life applications, Jorge guided the group through ways to create better accountability, strengthen follow-up, and lead sales conversations with more purpose.

Participants also worked on sales success blueprints designed to help Chairs grow membership, recruit more effectively, and lead with greater confidence.

These blueprints helped connect daily leadership habits to real outcomes. The goal was to give leaders a clearer framework for developing their teams, improving consistency, and building stronger sales habits over time.
