We help discover whats holding your sales team back – from pre-hire sales and sales manager assessments to a full salesforce evaluation, where we provide objective data about the people, systems, and strategies of a company’s sales organization. We use this data to tailor our programs to deliver client specific training and to accelerate their learning and sales results.

Metahire is our sales hiring system. It includes the tools, process, and training to help companies attract, screen, hire, onboard, and retain top performers. You will not find another system like this in the marketplace.

The Topaz Team

President & Co-founder

Jorge started Topaz Sales Consulting in 2015. He took his 30 years of sales experience and his passion for sales to develop programs to guide companies to achieve top sales success. His roles include coaching sales teams and their leadership, speaking engagements, mentoring his internal team, developing new programs, and the day-to-day operations of a thriving business. 

His DISC profile is Red and Yellow.

Caroline Chavez

Executive VP and Co-founder

Caroline is the proud co-founder of Topaz with experience in sales, project management, and market analysis. She thrives on building processes to help the Topaz Team deliver quality engagements the clients deserve. Her roles include team member support, process development, content strategy and development, and project coordination.

Her DISC profile is Blue and Green.

Victor Chavez

Director of Operations

Victor started with Topaz in 2018 and became full-time in 2021. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 9 and encourages the team with his desire for excellence. His roles include sales hiring and onboarding, content creation, developing new programs, and client support.

His DISC profile is Red and Yellow.

Sales Coach

Rich started with Topaz in 2020 and is a sales trainer through and through. With over 25 years of sales, sales management, and operations experience, he understands the challenges of both large enterprises as well as small entrepreneurial companies. His definition of a successful engagement is giving a client many “aha” moments. His roles include sales training and coaching, new business development, and speaking engagements.

His DISC profile is Yellow and Green.

Sales Coach

Lenn started with Topaz in 2022, bringing 30 years of experience in turning around companies with little or no sales success, transforming their sales team, and helping them grow. His primary goal is to help as many clients as possible learn the sales skills needed to accelerate their ramp-up and achieve sales success. His roles include new business development and sales training and coaching.

His DISC profile is Red and Blue.

Carson Coots

Director of Marketing

Carson has worked with Topaz since 2019 and has taken on a more significant role since 2021. His creativity and skill in production and web development are apparent throughout our company. His work with Topaz includes the Metahire training videos, Topaz website and videos, marketing strategy, and brand strategy.
