Big base salaries are not required to attract top sales performers. It’s not about the money. Instead, the criteria are whether they have the ability, skills, and potential to succeed in a company’s environment. Top sales performers don’t care as much about the base salary as they do about whether they can achieve their goals.
When somebody really has a passion or desire to be great and wants to learn and grow, I would make time for them. I don’t care about the money or business side of it. It’s just what you do. So few people have the passion and just lack the skills. So when you find someone who cares, they’re smart, they don’t abuse your time you want to help them.

To earn $250K annually, you will spend roughly 70% of your time providing our Topaz training and coaching services to our clients and 30% of your time prospecting for new business as you execute a full work week. You will utilize your Buyer Facilitator skills to build a relationship with the Decision Maker and set up an appointment between the Decision Maker and a Topaz Sales Coach. In addition, you will learn more about our company and offerings such as Sales Evaluations, Metahire, and Sales Leadership. As a Sales Consultant, you will report to the President. You will be responsible for selling our high-quality products and services and coaching our client’s sales teams. You will perform coaching and training to ensure deliverables and client expectations are achieved while transforming how our clients interact with their customers using Topaz proprietary offerings. In addition, you will be expected to uncover, qualify, and close new opportunities while you build a referral network with strategic partners and Centers of Influence.
