Jorge Chavez Receives C12 Award

This year marks a meaningful milestone for our founder and president, Jorge Chavez of Topaz Sales Consulting. Jorge is celebrating ten years as a member of C12 Business Forums, a community of CEOs and business owners committed to building strong companies while pursuing a greater purpose through their work.

Anyone who runs a business knows how easy it is for the week to fill up with client work, team leadership, hiring decisions, and strategy conversations. Stepping away regularly to reflect on leadership takes discipline. That is one of the reasons C12 has been such a valuable part of Jorge’s journey over the past decade.
