Scott spent 18 years in the electronic security industry, where he founded and scaled Bigstar Security from the ground up, growing it into a successful enterprise serving major accounts and ultimately completing a successful exit in 2021. Having completed a successful exit from his company, Scott brings credibility not just as a consultant, but as someone who has built and realized enterprise value through disciplined sales leadership.
Favorite Aspects of Sales
Scott’s favorite part of his work is watching teams shift from chasing revenue to leading conversations. He believes sales professionals are at their best when they are not controlling others, but in control of their own process.
