Jorge Chavez recently led the Sales Leadership Essentials workshop for C12 Forums Principal Chairs in San Antonio, a hands-on one-and-a-half-day experience focused on helping leaders coach, motivate, and develop high-performing Associate Chair teams.

The workshop covered practical sales leadership tools such as goal setting, sales planning, pre-call preparation, recurring one-on-one debriefs, motivation, accountability, pipeline focus, and recruiting with greater discipline and intention. Participants were challenged to think beyond activity for activity’s sake and instead lead with stronger coaching, clearer direction, and better questions.

Through breakout sessions and real-life applications, Jorge guided the group in developing sales success blueprints to help Chairs grow membership, recruit well, and lead more confidently. It was a practical leadership workshop built for people who want to stop guessing and start leading sales conversations with purpose.
