This year marks a meaningful milestone for our founder and president, Jorge Chavez of Topaz Sales Consulting. Jorge is celebrating ten years as a member of C12 Business Forums, a community of CEOs and business owners committed to building strong companies while pursuing a greater purpose through their work.
Anyone who runs a business knows how easy it is for the week to fill up with client work, team leadership, hiring decisions, and strategy conversations. Stepping away regularly to reflect on leadership takes discipline. That is one of the reasons C12 has been such a valuable part of Jorge’s journey over the past decade.
C12 brings together experienced business leaders who meet consistently to talk through real challenges, ask thoughtful questions, and help one another see issues from new perspectives. The conversations go beyond surface-level business topics. Leaders discuss culture, decision-making, stewardship, and the responsibility that comes with guiding a company and its people.
Those kinds of discussions reflect something we see every day working with Jorge. He leads with curiosity and a genuine desire to understand before offering answers. It is the same mindset he teaches in the Buyer Facilitator philosophy that guides our work with sales teams. Instead of pushing for outcomes, the focus is on thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and determining whether there is a true mutual fit.
Another distinctive aspect of C12 is its encouragement of leaders to explore how faith and business intersect. Members discuss what it means to lead companies with integrity and purpose while still pursuing excellence in the marketplace.
Over the past ten years, the insights gained through C12 have helped shape how Jorge leads our team and how Topaz serves CEOs and sales leaders across many industries.
Congratulations to Jorge on ten years with C12 Business Forums. We are grateful for his leadership and excited for the impact still ahead.
